"We arrived from Canada early in the morning, and although our room was not ready, they did have a room that we could have. There was an additional fee for the early check-in, which we gladly paid. What we did not know was that it was a handicap room, which was not something we needed and, had we known, we would probably have turned it down. We did not partake of their breakfast, but had bought some items and used both the fridge and the microwave oven. The location was excellent , so close to...

"Fantastic stay. Stayed many times in a snug pod for business maybe 15 times a year. Tried a cabin for first time because the price was cheaper than normal. Amazing, shame its too expensive to do more often. Only downside was the wifi was hit and miss but overall very good"

"The room itself was terrific. Large, great for long stays as it had a full kitchen and washing machine. No AC but that seems to be quite common in the UK. The check in process was terrible. The office closes at some point (which wasn’t included on the listing) so we stood there for a long time with our luggage. We tried calling ‘emergency numbers’ with no answer. Luckily a maintenance man came by and was able to help us get in. Then the ‘emergency’ number called back - it’s the same hotel chain...
