Hi Kristy,Thanks for your feedback and we are happy you enjoyed your stay.As we are self contained apartments we dont offer daily services. I have spoken to the guest service agent on the day you requested towels and she was very busy and wasnt able to leave the desk to assist straight away which is why she mentioned if you needed towels tstraight away to go straight to the cleaners as they were meant to be on the floor you were staying on sorry if this was not the case.im glad to hear that the cleaners were very helpful during your stay and hope you get the chance to come back and visit soon.Happy TravelsKellie Guest Service Manager

Our maintenance team have been to the apartment you stayed, and the Jacuzzi is working in good order, similarly the air conditioning and in room dryer appear to be working without fault, we have had a number of guests stay since you departed and have not had any feedback of that nature, regardless I have alerted the team to monitor, thank you for your feedback. Dear Georgia,Thank you for your review, I am sorry you did not enjoy every aspect of your stay. The apartment you stayed is located on the second highest floor in the building in which you stayed, the apartments on the floor above are 3 Bedroom Apartments, a different category to the 2 Bedroom Apartment you reserved. The apartment has a stunning ocean view, you were situated 5 floors above the ground with the hotel being elevated from the street which affords magical views from all our apartments, even those on the ground level. Early check in is a request, we always do our utmost to action all requests, if we are unable to provide an early check in on the day, we offer to store luggage and use the hotel facilities until the advertised 2pm check in time. The hotel will undergo a significant renovation from late January 2024 which is exciting news for the hotel and our returning regular guests. Hope you enjoyed your time in the region, wishing you all the best for New Year.

Hello Kevin,We are sorry that we did not meet your expectation this time and that the cold water was not working correctly initially. We had the plumber attend straight away to fix the issue. We also had the plumber return the next morning after descovering you had departed early. The plumber reported no issues with the water on this occasion. I am sorry you decided to depart early.
