"I am writing to express my disappointment with the condition of the hotel during my recent stay. Upon entering the property, I was immediately concerned and frustrated by the lack of cleanliness and upkeep. The entrance rug was visibly dirty, creating a very poor first impression. The elevators were dirty, outdated, and clearly in need of maintenance and attention. In addition, portions of the flooring throughout the hotel were worn and in need of repair or replacement. The check-in desk also...

"I have stayed in other aloft properties, and this was the least maintained. The hallways have no AC on and my room smelled musty like mildew. When I asked the front desk for two wine glasses for the room, she said this place isn't fancy and handed me plastic cups, even though they have an wxyz bar on property that has wine glasses. There are better options around the MIA airport."

"As soon as I walked into my room, I noticed a strong musty, mold-like smell. The air conditioner did not cool the room adequately, and it felt humid and uncomfortable the entire time. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I will never book a stay here again and would not recommend it to others.
I read reviews from over a year ago, and many guests were reporting the exact same moldy smell. If this has been an ongoing issue for more than a year, why hasn't the hotel fixed it?...

"Staff was very friendly and helpful! Bed was awesome and I wish I checked the brand of pillows so I can buy them! Pretty much everything was great.
Just a couple notes: The auto shades weren’t working and neither was the bathroom exhaust so that wasn’t the best in an accessibility room with the walk in shower. We had to use a lot of towels each time for the floor.
Other than that everything was great and I would stay here again!"

"This was my first stay at the property Hampton Inn and Suites and 57th Ave, I was totally impressed with the warm welcome of the staff. The property is well maintained and the parking lot is very well lit. I have been to Florida on business for the past 9 months and I have tried several properties near the airport and this has been my best experience!
