Great location. Comfortable rooms. Spa needs work. Pool and jacuzzi area need updating. Jacuzzi was not warm. Otherwise hammam, sauna and relaxation areas are good.

Really great location. We had a balcony which made all the difference. Staff was nice. Dinner service was ok, I thought it would be better food.

L’hôtel est très bien situé à Aix en Provence. Les aménagements sont de bonnes qualités avec de beaux jardins et une très belle piscine dans un cadre très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. La chambre d’hôtel est de bonne dimension mais il serait souhaitable de changer le tapis de couleur jaunâtre .

Great location next to old town. Lovely pool to relax by but unfortunately only opens in morning at 10am so can’t have a swim before breakfast. Huge comfortable bed. Quiet area.

Dear Guests,We are happy that our services correspond to your main expectations.In summer time, our policy is as you say but unfortunately , we have sometimes surprises that we have to master. No children under 16 went to the Spa. Lage zur Innenstadt ideal und auch das Hotel hinterlässt einen sehr guten gepflegten Eindruck. An einem heissen Tag wird es am Pool allerdings sehr voll und es gibt dann keine Liegen mehr direkt am Pool. Saunalandschaft ebenfalls toll, allerdings mit kleineren "Macken". Würden das Hotel aber jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Frühstück und Abendessen haben wir nicht genutzt, bevorzugen es eher etwas "französischer" in der Stadt.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the hotel. Close to everything and walking distance to downtown. Breakfast was good and pool was a nice addition to relax at. Erwan at their reception was very helpful, professional and courteous.

Relaxing Stay
Great stay. Wonderful amenities. We enjoyed the Spa and friendly staff. The parking garage is very tight but located nearby. Convenient to the winding streets of the old city and a 10 minute walk to the visitors center where tours depart.
