Ce que j’ai préféré c’est la gentillesse des jeunes femmes à l’accueil, vraiment désireuses de rendre service et de renseigner au mieux. Ce que j’ai moins aimé c’est qu’il y a un parking trop petit ( 40 places pour 140 chambres environ), donc on est pas sûr d’avoir une place. La chambre était également dans un état moyen ( trou dans le mur, problème au niveau de la douche, coussins oubliés). L’ensemble reste tout à fait convenable.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable, rien à dire au niveau de l'accueil & l'hôtel est bien situé. En revanche literie à améliorer ainsi que l'état des sanitaires (peinture écaillée & traces d'humidité)

Não é muito confortável.
O apartamento é um pouco apertado e estava um pouco sujo. A cozinha não tem muito utensílio doméstico. O banheiro era ruim, vazava água direto do chuveiro fazendo uma bagunça para tomar banho. O apartamento em si é mal conservado. Fica fora da cidade velha mas não é muito longe não, dá para ir andando. Deixamos o carro estacionado na rua de trás.

Cet Appart'Hôtel très bien situé dispose d'un personnel souriant, disponible, réactif et compétent. En revanche, les parties communes (couloirs, cage d'escalier) ainsi que les chambres sont en mauvais état : plafond qui se décole, tâches de liquide séché sur les murs, sanitaires abîmés, etc.

Un séjour de 2 nuits très désagréable. Le mobilier est décevant. Aucun confort. Le parking est cher. Problème avec le lave linge collectif. Le personnel est indifférent.

Bella location, avevamo un appartamento con 2 televisori, cucina, che si affaccia sul cortile, molto silenzioso, nonostante fine settembre, faceva abbastanza caldo, da tenere le finestre aperte durante la notte, ma qualche presa non funzionava, vicino al letto,e non c’era neanche la portalampada, ma c’era una buona colazione abbondante, sia salato che dolce, e poi vicino al centro, torneremo di sicuro 😍

My recent stay at Odalys City Aix en Provence L'Atrium was nothing short of a disappointment. From the moment I walked through the doors, it was evident that this was not the experience I had hoped for. Common Areas: The first impression was far from pleasant. The common areas of the hotel were shockingly filthy. The lobby, which should set the tone for the entire stay, was dimly lit and had a musty odor. The floors appeared to have been neglected for a long time, with dirt and stains that made you question the last time they were cleaned. It was an unwelcoming introduction to the hotel. Sleeping Rooms: If the common areas were bad, the sleeping rooms were even worse. Upon entering my room, I was met with a stifling smell. The carpets were stained, the walls showed signs of water damage, and the overall cleanliness was severely lacking. The bed linens were questionable at best, and I had serious doubts about their cleanliness. The bathroom was equally disappointing, with mold in the corners and a showerhead that barely produced a trickle of water. Overall, my stay at Odalys City Aix en Provence L'Atrium was a regrettable experience. I had expected a comfortable and clean environment, but what I found was quite the opposite. The common areas were filthy, and the sleeping rooms were even worse. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, and I urge potential guests to consider alternative accommodations in Aix-en-Provence. This was an unfortunate and unforgettable experience.

Very conveniently located; close to the city centre (rue d'Italie connects it to cours Mirabeau) and Aix-Marseille university. The rooms are studios proper (which I had not expected/noticed upon booking), including a separate kitchen, and very spacious. The room was very quiet, as well.

Proche du centre ville à pied donc bon emplacement, calme. Prix non excessif, la kitchenette est un plus. Mais les chambres sont un peu vétustes, surtout la douche, présence de cheveux par terre, de dépôt dans la cuvettes des toilettes, poubelles cassées, lampe de chevet tordue. Mérite un ménage plus approfondi et de changement de certains mobiliers.

Vårt första rum var väldigt litet och obekvämt. Eftersom det läckte vatten ur väggen ner på golvet, förmodligen AC, fick vi byta till ett annat rum. Detta var något större och bättre. Väldigt tillmötesgående personal.

Correct pour un court séjour.
Entrée de la réception pas très facile d'accès. Bon accueil et à l'écoute. Chambre lumineuse et spacieuse après changement, la première était petite (nous étions 3 adultes) et très sombre. Hôtel un peu vieillot qui aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement. Bien situé par rapport au centre ville, literie confortable même le canapé était bien.
