"The Hotel Rotonde has excellent front desk staff, especially Emma and Natalie. They were always kind and helpful to since we don’t speak French. They were able to clear up a double reservation for us and switch one of them to our friends who were unable to stay at the B&B they booked."

"The room was clean and quite comfortable with the air conditioning. We had a flat with stove, refrigerator, sink and dishwasher. The Aparthotel Adagio had underground parking; we left the car there and just walked into the city center. We were close to everything--the Intermarche, the Boulangerie, ATMs and restaurants. "A fairly mixed experience. It was easy to check in and out, but other than that I hardly ever saw anyone at the front desk. At one point I realized, by observing another guest interact with the front desk, that maybe I could’ve left my key with them when I went out, but they were almost never there when I left or came back, so not quite sure how well that would have worked anyway. "The hotel is in easy walking distance to old town Aix. More importantly it is a beautiful hotel with wonderful amenities. Brunch was delicious. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was very clean and a good size when compared to others in Europe. I would highly recommend this hotel!"
