L hotel e in ottima posizione per il centro città ( 5 min a piedi) ma a 20 min in macchina dalla zona lago ... ma anche questo non e stato un problema ! Ottima la colazione."

"Chambre salle d cheveux dans le lits sur les cousins … wc boucher , pas d’eau chaude pour ce lave. Jamais reçu les instructions d’arrivé du patienter 20min pour enfin avoir une personne au tel et qui nous envoi les codes d’accès qui ne marche pas pour la seconde chambre "

"Great hotel in a fantastic location. Loved all the amenities in the bar area (screens, darts, games etc) which made our stay really fun (especially during the World Cup). Spacious and comfortable room. Lovely to have a pool, spa and gym too (although the gym was quite small). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!!!"

"Nice property in the heart of Aix-Les-Bains. This a is a converted old building, with a modern touch. Comfortable room with a nice, large bathroom. Perfect for our quick stay. Note- there is no elevator/lift, but staff was helpful bringing luggage up and down the stairs. We enjoyed our stay."

"The whole hotel stank of cigarette smoke. The room door for one of the rooms we were in could not be closed. It looked like the door had been kicked open and the lock not repaired. "

"Arrivé à 17h hôtel fermé à double tour ! 20 minutes plus tard quelqu’un vient enfin nous accueillir et ns donner la chambre…l hôtel est en travaux ce qui n était pas précisé sur votre site ..enfin nous décidons de nous doucher mais il n y a pas de serviettes,..je téléphone de nouveau à la dame qui nous a accueilli et 20 minutes plus tard une autre personne ns amène les serviettes..je pars enfin à la douche mais oh surprise pas d eau chaude..résigné et devant ressortir pour dîner je ne rappelle...
