Séjour agréable

Très bien située en centre ville ( mais attention le parking est vite complet !), cette résidence de tourisme des BTP (Travaux Publics) est accueillante et confortable. Pas moderne, moderne, elle reste dans le style années 80-90 mais est très correctement entretenue. Les apparts sont plutôt grands et bien équipés. L'accueil est souriant. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Séjour agréable la structure plutôt vieillotte mais les studios sont spacieux, bien équipés et la literie large et de bonne qualité. Nous avons renoncé au dîner et petit déjeuner car la salle de restaurant est vraiment très triste et le bar pour le petit déjeuner dans un recoin devant l’ascenseur.

Goed onthaal. Te weinig parking. Het restaurant is niet zo lekker. Kamer is groot, maar verouderd. Het dorp en het meer Aix-le-bains zijn niet zo bijzonder.

Il s'agit d'un établissement Pro BTP. Le studio est bien agencé et dispose de tout le necessaire pour cuisiner. La lirerie est un peu petite mais confortable. Le personnel est agréable.

La personne à l'accueil est très accueillante souriante et serviable.we agréable dans une chambre appart ou il ne manque rien...juste un détail les portes des toilettes et douches ne ferment pas correctement du coup pas génial lorsque vous partez avec un collègue.

L'appartement est très bien équipé et propre. Confortable, plutôt spacieux, avec des rangements. Le coin cuisine et le matériel sont très bien entretenus. La résidence est calme. Le personnel à l'accueil est serviable. C'est un excellent rapport qualité prix. Seul point négatif : le nombre de places de parking est limité. Obligée de se garer sur le boulevard en contre-bas.

Assez spacieux pour trois personnes, bien que la vaisselle ne soit pas forcément prévue pour 3. serviettes de table et torchons à disposition, c'est très rare en résidence

Résidence bien située à 5mn à pieds du centre ville. 2 inconvénients : 1/ parking : il est stipulé qu'il y a un parking privé, mais pour trouver de la place à proximité de la résidence, il faut être vraiment chanceux ! 2/ chambre non fumeur : l'odeur de cigarettes très imprégnée +++, très désagréable pour celui qui craint.... Dommage !

Gemütliche und ruhige Unterkunft

Die Residence ist etwas schwierig zu finden aber ansonsten kann man über alles nur loben. Das Personal ist total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zummer sind sehr sauber und auch mit allem ausgestattet was wir für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Das kann man nur weiterempfehlen!!!

PREVENIR BIEN PLUS TOT QUE L ACCES N EST POSSIBLE QUE JUSQU A 19h00 Nous avons reçu votre message le jeudi apres midi nous avons essayé de vous joindre au téléphone plusieurs fois , impossible, notre gsm fut cassé avant le départ donc nous avons du rouler 12 h d affilée et sommes arrivés juste à 18h50 avec une telle angoisse car nous n avions aucune possibilité de lire nos mails en route et d' avoir l information pour rentrer à l hotel et avoir accès à notre chambre mail que nous avons su lire à notre retour QUEL INTERET ? ? ? ? ? ? ? veuillez verifier nos propos sur les mails de votre hotel et tenter que cela ne se reproduise pas pour d autres merci

Hôtel en plein centre

Hôtel appartement pas loin du centre ville et pas loin du lac du Bourget. L'accueil est super, on est bien reçu, parking juste devant, pratique. Belle chambre avec coin cuisine salon et chambre, terrasse avec véranda. Un petit renouvellement de couverture sera un plus, ce que nous avons est un peu vieillot, plus de modernités dans le décor et tous sera parfait.
