Excelente limpieza, el personal muy amable, la vista al lago increíble. Solo agradaría que me hubiera gustado que la alberca tuviera el agua mas caliente y que tuviese servicio de restaurante.

En general bien, puede mejorar

A la habitación le faltó mejor limpieza de piso, ya que en la recámara y regadera había arena. Y sería deseable contar con servicio de front desk con mejor horario, ya que el check inn se puede hacer hasta las 8pm

Vamos por la tercera

Es la segunda ocasión que visitamos la Ribereña (2018 y 2022) y sigue siendo placentera la visita y mas ahora con niño pequeño que puede disfrutar las áreas verdes plenamente. Nos gusto mucho, y por supuestos que regresaríamos.

Extremely friendly staff. Very clean and amazing stay. Everything was on point, looked like it had recently been renovated. Amazing view, we had a car but there were two great restaurants 5 minutes walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

Cero recomendable solo un empleado que hace todo.

Nos fue pésimo. Llegamos y la habitación estaba llena de moscos, tuvimos nosotros que poner mata moscos y quedo el piso lleno de moscos, otro día no nos arreglaron el cuarto que por la pandemia no podían entrar a la habitación hasta las 24 horas. y como 1.30 que le dije al que estaba en la recepción que era todólogo porque era el único empleado que había y una recamarera que vi y no volví a ver, el me dijo no se la arreglaron? déjeme ver yo pienso la recamarera a esa hora ya se había ido porque nunca fue nadie a arreglarla . Solo había un empleado que era el que abría la puerta porque era un portón , el era el recepcionista, el que te ayudaba con las maletas, el que limpiaba la alberca, etc. Cuando llegamos si me llamo la atención no ver a nadíe más y le pregunte que si era el unico empleado y me dijo que si. El día que no me arreglaron la habitación le dije que quería hablar con el encargado y el domingo que salímos estaba otra persona me supongo que el encargado y le dije que nos había ido muy mal, y me respondió que ya le habían comentado y que si no me habían dicho al llegar que por la pandemia no arreglan las habitaciones y solo hay un empleado a lo que le respondí que era ilógico que tuviera el hotel LLENO habiendo pandemia y solo un empleado. Lo peor es que en la noche te dan una llave y tu llegas y abres, es una calle muy sola y lo peor es que en la noche no hay una sola persona a cargo del hotel, solo estamos los huéspedes. Nos fue pesimo no volveriamos.

El lugar está muy bonito y bien ubicado. Y el personal súper amable. Sin embargo por el precio que pagamos esperaba el cuarto en mejores condiciones y mucho mas limpio. Además mi reservación decía que era un cuarto con una cama king size y un sofá cama y me dieron un cuarto más pequeño solo con la cama king size. En general está bien, solo cuidar esos detalles de la limpieza y revisar bien las reservaciones.
