"Excellent and attentive staff! Shout out to Threcia and Wilma for the wonderful massage, and Maddie in the breakfast lounge for doing more than expected! If you want to be away from all the crowds, this is the place to be. Having a private beach was great, but we went in June, where the winds were more calm in our part of the beach, and there were more waves in the beach by Stations 1-3. You have everything you need in Savoy - restaurants, ATM, 7-11, souvenir shops, nail salon, massage! There are some cute restaurants by the beach as well which had really awesome grilled seafood dishes. It was farther from the port/where you catch the boat, but if you are traveling with family and don't necessary want to "party" or go out and "be seen", I'd stay here again. Rooms are spacious, but we couldn't use the shower in our bathroom because of how it's built - there was no way for the water to stay in the shower area - it spilled over the toilet floor. Good thing, there were 2 other showers in our room so we used that. Our aircon was not working properly, but it wasn't a disaster. They tried to fix it twice but it still didn't cool off. We asked for a fan, but they didn't have any. There is a schedule for the shuttles, but somehow you still have to reserve to get a seat, but was easy enough to get an electric trike down to the town. It did cost P300."

"Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we were picked up at the airport until the day we left, we felt genuinely cared for and completely spoiled. A special thank you to Kainah and Lara, who were incredibly attentive, helpful, and made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The level of service at this resort is truly world-class. Every staff member greeted us with a warm smile throughout the day and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The housekeeping team and spa staff were equally amazing, always providing service with professionalism and kindness. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wonderful variety of delicious options each morning. One of our favorite touches was the special nightly treats and surprises left for us, which made our vacation feel even more memorable and personalized. The location is unbeatable, offering both convenience and stunning surroundings. We stayed in the 2-Bedroom Signature Suite, and it exceeded all expectations,spacious, luxurious, beautifully appointed, and perfect for our family. If you’re looking for a truly luxurious getaway with exceptional service, attention to detail, and unforgettable hospitality, this is the place. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. ❤️"

"Very clean,staff are amazing very smiley and helpful , breakfast are very yummy , beach view yes and very beautiful perfect for sunset and sunrise view , very clean , even securities are very great helpful shuttle service is a bit pricey but its all worth it i suggest to have it with them from airport to hanann shuttle bus to boat and fr boat to bus to hotel excellent worker's, I love where I stayed PRIME hanann station one .very private .I will definitely recommend this hotel and I will come back with my family next time. ❤️"

"I love how the pool overlooks the beach, providing beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was enjoyable, with different main entrées offered each day, which kept the menu interesting. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and we especially appreciated being able to request a ride whenever we wanted to go out."
