"The room was clean and nice. However in the breakfast area - the carpet was already quite stained and this is a newer hotel. Kind of gross. The front desk person was rude I felt. I went to check out and I was getting late for an appointment. The person was on the phone was laser focused on the call and did not ever look at me. Several minutes go by and still didnt acknowledge me or look at me. Finally I said " I have to go and pointed to the room key I layed on the desk. Her eyes flicked...

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was spotless.
Didn't get to use the pool but it appeared to also be spotless. Noise level was minimal. My only mild inconvenience was that the air conditioner is a bit noisy and it does kick on and off VERY frequently which was a little annoying, but I don't think that's anyone's fault! "
