Central location in downtown Akron, near the fabulous library. Very nice and helpful staff, with great knowledge of the area. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Only downsides: No room service, and not too many good dining options within walking distance (good local restaurants in Akron, but we had to Uber). Restaurant at the hotel had odd hours and the food was pretty low quality; it was more of a watering hole than a restaurant.

The staff was wonderful and the bar was great. We were given an ADA room, I assume because we booked the day before. The bathroom door was a challenge to close and very creaky. The shower was less than clean. I would stay there again but not in that room.

I never do reviews but I just need to brag about this place. Not only was it beautiful & classy, it was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. The mattress was pure heaven, we slept like babies. We definitely will choose this place whenever we stay in Akron ❤️

Beautiful revamp of old office building. Kept the character of the old and brought in modern touches. Staff friendly, bartender very personable and friendly. Would highly recommend and will stay there again.

Staff was kind but our room was very warm and we weren’t allowed to adjust the temp. We were told by staff that it will cool down when the sun goes down. It made for an uncomfortable evening.
