"Everything about this resort is top tier!!! From the minute we arrived, staff was so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and more. The property is extremely well maintained and beautiful. We did the half board dining option and it is worth every penny. The meals are cooked fresh, it is not a buffet type of situation. Absolutely delicious! Incredible views of the caldera and sunset. If you are considering booking, I highly encourage you to do so! The ONLY disappointment was that the spa is not currently open, as they are remodeling. If you are unable to get up and down stairs, be mindful that there is no elevator. We are avid gym goers and considerably fit, but it was still a bit challenging for us. I feel sure that if you asked they would send a friendly staff member with a golf cart to bring you to and from your suite. Thank you to the incredible staff for a perfect honeymoon!"

"The breakfast was good. Just good. I didn’t have a Hot tub in my room. Bringing it to the room was a plus. Personnel was very very helpful. Hotel in general was excellent. The view was spectacular. "

"Honestly my wife and I were exhausted but we arranged a pickup at the airport. When we arrived The Porter brought our bags down the mountain for us and Niko at the front desk took very good care of us. The breakfast was wonderful and they even left a little surprise snack when we checked out. Thank you to their entire staff for making our short visit memorable."

"The hotel had the look of a 5 star but felt like a 3 star. 1. For a 5 star hotel and the amount paid, I was shocked to find out that bottled water wasn't even complimentary - I've stayed in many hotels (3* - 5*) and bottled water has always been complimentary. 2. Again, for a 5 star hotel, there was no iron available in the room. Had to make a call and use a shared one. 3. We were 2 guests in one room yet the amenities were for 1 guest only. Again, never come across this in any other hotel I've stayed at over the years. 4. They don't put out UHT milk in the rooms, only coffee creamer. Had to ask the bar for milk, was an inconvenience. 5."
