"The only challenge was there was not available staff to attend to our needs, on checking in, no one at the reception for 30mins, communication barrier as staff finally available speaks very little English,on checking out, no staff to hand over keys and we had a taxi waiting to take us to airport. "I loved this hotel! Big clean and comfortable room, excellent bathroom, nice patio overlooking the park. Quiet and comfortable. And wonderful staff! They happily accommodated my touring bicycle (a penny farthing is in the lobby!) and the dear desk manager telephoned a hotel to secure me a room in my next stage—thank you!
