"The hotel is clean and in pretty good shape. The staff were all friendly and helpful. There is a small indoor pool on the top floor and limited parking outside. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the beach but this particular beach is not very nice. For the price we paid for two nights it was great value. "

"We were visiting Muscat for a week and we stayed here becuse it is central. That said, Muscat is spread out so any sightseeing stay in the citywill need taxis. This hotel was almost perfect. The chargeable buffets for breakfast and dinner had an outstanding variety of excellent food. The staff were always friendly and efficient. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was large and not busy. The only down side was the lack of local amenities. We did not find any restaurants...

"Indian restaurant food is tasteless due to overspicing, and premises are run-down and dingy. Staff is scruffy and check-in is slow. Bar is a dark squalid place where some local men consume alcohol while apparently awaiting female professionals hired for fun. Corridors have room service meals at the doors of rooms with food leftovers there for hours, attracting flies. Breakfast is basic and mediocre, and fruits are not fresh.
