Waldorf Astoria Jerusalem
We spent a few days with two kids - very good location and quality, so anyone would understand what they are paying for. We checked a few other "luxury" hotels nearby while exploring around and, to our great surprise, we came to a conclusion that this one is most likely the best among them.

Mamilla View - Suites & Apt Hotel
Nice room, very comfortable private outdoor space with jacuzzi. Got daily service. Very accommodating. Right across the Mamilla Mall. Perfect for relaxing vacation, walk out for breakfast in the Mall, or on ben yehuda.
