"The staff at this hotel are really the stars of the show. While the property is a nice refuge from the hustle bustle of Marrakesh, the facilities are slightly worn.
The rooms are very nice and spacious, the pools are a nice, and while we preferred the smaller more private pool, it could have been better maintained,(the tiles were a little green with algae), but again, very nice amenity.
We asked for a room change, as the bass of the music being played in the pool area, was pounding in our room. We were quickly accommodated, but we were not really able to get far enough away from the constant pounding bass sound.
We decided to take advantage of the small pool in front, where we found some peace and quiet and enjoyed a refreshing dip in the pool.
Later we had a nice dinner at the restaurant, again the staff are so very accommodating.
The sweet receptionist organized a nice excursion to the Ourika valley the following day.
We really enjoyed our breakfasts with the wonderful chef Hosmi and our friendly waiter Teoufiq.
We had an early departure at 8am, but Hosmi happily made us coffee, and was very sad he could not make us breakfast before we had to go! And I wish we would have taken his suggestion to ask our driver to wait 10 minutes!
This kind of hospitality is rarely found anywhere.
