"This feels like a 2-star hotel and I'd only rebook if desperate. While the room was a good size and most staff were pleasant, the bed was uncomfortably firm, carpets/sofas were stained, and breakfast was basic supermarket quality. The cleaners kept throwing my food when I get up to get something at breakfast. The shower is tiny with no door. Housekeeping was poor—sheets were changed just once in 8 days, and cleaners knocked during my rest since there are no door hangers. Water/towels are...

"One of the best hotels to stay in Makkah. You are on the door step of the haram but set back enough that you don’t feel you’re inside the crowds. The breakfast was delicious, hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I would stay again!
The gym and facilities were also well maintained- there’s a women’s only gym and a men’s only gym."

"The perfect hotel in Makkah. It’s only a 3-4 minute walk to the closest gate for Umrah and indoor praying.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone that comes to Makkah. The staff are great and attentive and are there to help. The room themselves have everything you need for your stay and are clean, and the beds are incredibly comfy after a long day on your feet!
The breakfast options are great, and they’ve got a wide variety of options for you.

"It had been an amazing stay at Tilal Jabal al Kaaba. At check-in we're given room # 1805, and we're so tired of our long journey from New York, couldn't assess the condition of the room at the beginning. That room appeared very dirty. We met housekeeping supervisor Ms. Sumayya at the lobby and discussed about the room. She took our concern very seriously and immediately provided us with a much better and cleaner room. Special thanks to Ms. Sumayya for being so prompt to resolve our issue. Hotel...
