"Slow check-in process. Front desk staff were not helping much to accommodate all requests.
Low floor suite, and extremely noisy outside air condition units.
Keep in mind that you may wait up to half hours to get to the parking in front of the hotel main entrance where there were a lot car crowds there!."

"Disappointing stay. A 5-star hotel is false advertising. The Wi-Fi is poor and slow, and I can't use it for work or entertainment. The room has outdated technology. For example, the TV isn't smart, so you can’t use your streaming accounts. Other guests smoke on a non-smoking floor and cook, and the smell invades your room. Housekeeping is bothered when you ask for help. Breakfast is below average and limited (a 5-star hotel without a proper coffee machine for example). But the gym is great....
