"Breakfast was really good. Had internet connection, rooms were nice, quiet.
The area wasn’t the greatest for walking around & the hotel was not easy to get to without a car (had to walk down a busy street with no sidewalk with luggage)."

I loved how quick everything was, both check-in and check-out. The staff was super attentive, the room was clean, and the bed was amazing. One thing I really liked was that the shower water could be adjusted exactly to the temperature you like. Everything was just perfect "
"I was here for work. Just need a space with some WiFi. This place has the potential to really be nice but the owner needs to take pride in the property. There were no towels, paper towels, barely any soap and the space was dirty. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies or my anxiety would have not let me work. Overall a good place to be depending what you require. All I needed was WiFi and it was hard getting in touch with the property owner but by the end, I was good. "

"The property was clean but we had to go to the front desk for towels because the cleaning crew come twice a week i didn't understand that but that what i was told"

-Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem.
-Wasp situation needs to be taken care of
-Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were.

"Great location and the price was perfect for summer in Florida. Everything is expensive this year and the house was cheaper than a hotel room. The area was a bit rough, but we were safe. The driveway had a gate that i parked inside of the backyard, which helped us feel safe. The beds were average and not very comfortable. Theres no key for the back door so we always had to walk around front after parking, even in the Florida rain! The amenities were average. There was some dishes, but very basic...
"We were supposed to check in by 3 PM, but when we showed up at 5 PM the cleaners of the house were still there and we had to wait and sit and wait in the driveway until 6 PM until they were finished cleaning. The house smelled like smoke and marijuana and wasn’t the cleanest. "
