"Great city break. Loved how quiet the spa was, I often had it to myself. Staff were very accommodating to all requests. Often nice surprises in the room as we went during the Eid holiday period. Lovely little pastry shop downstairs. Access into the galleria mall and Cleveland clinic. Breakfast selection was great too, healthy options and fruit juice shots freshly made were my favourites and all the usual such as an egg station. I would say the stand out was the service. "Relaxed, friendly, yet elegant high-rise hotel. My 44th floor room was large and very comfortable. Great bed and bedding. And wonderful views across the sea. The hotel has three pools (one for children) and a private beach (the water is quite hot in August, but still a fun place to swim late in the day when shaded). Food was very good overall. I had a butter chicken dish from room service the first night that was amazing. This was a great stay. Highly recommend this property. "
