"Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Nachdem unsere Zimmernachbarn an die Wand geklopft hatten, hat das Hotel sofort reagiert und uns ein Upgrade auf eine Suite angeboten – ein wirklich zuvorkommender Service! Auf all unsere Wünsche wurde stets Rücksicht genommen, und wir haben uns jederzeit gut betreut gefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der wunderschöne Strandbereich nur für Frauen sowie der erholsame SPA-Bereich, die beide zu einem sehr entspannten Aufenthalt...

"Hotel incrível! Tivemos um problema com nosso voo e chegamos muito mais cedo do que o esperado. Falamos com o Harold Tom, que conseguiu um checkin antecipado para nós e nos ajudou muito. Toda a equipe do hotel foi super atenciosa, ficamos muito gratos! O hotel tem uma localização ótima - próximo a mercados, restaurantes e fast foods, e ao ponto de ônibus que leva direto para o centro. Ao lado do nosso quarto tinha uma cozinha que podíamos usar, foi muito prático. Ficamos encantados com o hotel!"
