"I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and have so many regrets. It was also expensive to just leave since there is no refund. The word "luxury" in the name is a catfish.
- very old and dusty. They try but it just needs renovations so bad and it's dirty.

"The room was clean, well-maintained, air conditioning was the right temperature. I found the staff very friendly, helpful and professional. I did not try their breakfast but I did try their coffee at Al Nakheel Restaurant and it was very nice. The hotel is ideally situated close to the Al Batha'a metro station and there are some restaurants and plenty of grocery shops around.
