"The front desk clerk working 04/18/26 at 3:30 PM seemed disinterested in welcoming me to the hotel. He was just matter-of-fact. No pleasantries.
He did, to his credit, let me know that the elevator near the front of the hotel was not working, and I would need to drive around to the back to use Entrance ‘C’ elevator. This elevator was functional, but rather utilitarian. Not pleasant looking.
The room itself was clean and served its purpose. When I went to sleep that evening, I did notice that the AC unit wasn’t cooling properly. Maybe this is my fault, but I don’t think this is something that should work the way it ended up working. The AC unit kept shutting off after a few minutes, even though the room temp was warmer than the temp I had set on the AC unit. I then realized that the inside curtain length was too long, and was hovering just above the AC vent, which wasn’t allowing the air to circulate thru the room, and would cause the AC to shut off.
The following morning, despite me having the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, at 9:45 AM, the Housekeeping Staff still knocked on my door asking if they could provide Housekeeping.
The place is ok if you just need it for an overnight stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a multi-night stay.
