"Fabulous location since super close to the university and esp the baseball / softball field. Just .7 mi away. It is an older building but interior is completely updated. Condo was just as advertised; photos represent well. Very clean and stocked w basics. We only cooked breakfast but there is a full set of pots / pans, dishes, utensils, microwave, etc. shower was great and stocked w soap, shampoo, conditioner. PIllows are a little soft. Bed is kinda tall as it has a full box / top mattress but...

"Fantastic property and rental for a weekend in Gainesville. Very clean, well stocked and the owner clearly takes pride in her property. Excellent finishes, very comfortable beds and she communicated quickly and effectively when reached out to. Would recommend and will use again when in Gainesville. "
