"We stay at Hotel Gibbs every time we are in San Antonio. The staff is incredible. Always have been over the years! I will say, the rooms are usually top tier and clean, but there was obvious wear and tear in our room. The bathroom showed a lot of wear and tear and there were somethings missed when cleaned, like the hair in the shower. The tvs in the room are dated, cant connect to any apps to stream. Small things, but for the cost of the room these things should be kept in mind for the future. The construction next door sucks, being woken up at 6am on a Saturday blows lol, but not the hotels fault!"

"The room that I was assigned had a terrible smell. I tried to ignore it but it was to strong, hard to breathe. The sheets had stains here n there. I went to speak with front desk and asked if it would be possible to change rooms due to my room having a strong smell. By this time my eyes were burning and had a headache cuz of the smell. I informed her that there was some box on the night stand connected to the outlet and did not know what it was. Front desk stated that it was not suppose to be there and that it was to control the odor. So I'm like.. well its not working. Front desk was nice and worked with me and switched me to another room where there was no smell and slept comfortably."
