"Erick was very helpful at check-in.
I was allowed a choice of floors. He saw that we had pizza for my grandchildren and gave us paper plates, napkins and extra towels. There was another young lady on shift and she had a very bubbly and friendly personality (welcoming us). The lobby was clean as was our room (even though I do my own cleaning) 😉
I was able to do my water aerobics routine prior to breakfast. The pool room was clean and the children loved it. The young lady attending the breakfast...

I am writing this review to warn all future travelers about the severe lack of professionalism and ethics at this property. We made a confirmed reservation well in advance through Expedia. However, when we arrived at the property at 11:00 PM after a long journey, we were shocked to find out that they had resold our room to someone else.
The staff showed absolutely no empathy, accountability, or willingness to help us...

The bathroom seems to be recently updated. Would love the frosted glass in the shower for privacy and a few hooks. The location is great with multiple food options within walking distance. Plenty parking spots. The swimming pool, gym and laundry were not crowded and available to use."
