Morgenmaden var ikke buffet, hvilket er det der vises ved bestillingen (som man tilkøber) og det vi altid går efter ved bestilling af overnatning, men var blot en tallerken med en lille syltetøj, en lille honning og to pap oste. Juicen var en varm brik juice. Der var skåret et stykke af en melon og det var så det. Ingen rengøring i den uge vi var der, så alt i alt et lejlighedenhotel, som ikke lever op til det, som bliver vist på billederne ved bestilling. Beliggenheden er perfekt i gåafstand til strand og by, hvilket giver en stor frihed og er noget vi prioritere lige så højt, som at der er en ordentlig morgenmad, hvilket der så ikke var. Føler vi er blevet godt og grundigt snydt.

Servicen er helt i top . Utrolige venlige. Hotellet er dog nedslidt , men rigtig billig og midt i centrum . De laver rigtig god. Rengøring rimelig i forhold til nedslidningen .

Бронировали на 1 ночь. Парковка бесплатна на улице вокруг. Было очень холодно. Одела пришлось просить на ресепшн. WiFi в номере не работает. Только на ресепшене. Апартаменты состояние сильно старое. Воды горячей, даже тёплой вечером не было. Промыться нереально. Работают миленькие пожилые дяденьки. На кухне есть набор посуды.

Отель, очень разочаровал!!!

Постараюсь, обо всем по порядку. 1. При заселении выяснилось, что нужно доплатить за кондиционер по 6 евро за каждый день, при оплате отеля в основных условиях об этом ничего сказано не было. 2. Искали номера с кухонной зоной, этот момент был важным, и данный вариант выбрили, так как в описании кухонная зона была, на деле не было никакой кухни, ни посуды, ни обеденной зоны, на вопрос почему так, администратор, он же по всей видимости хозяин, пожимал плечами, на просьбу заменить номер, сказал, что нет свободных. После того как попросили дали чайник (очень уставший), тарелки и чашки, и на этом спасибо, как говорится. 3. Чистота в номере при заселении была так себе, за неделю номер ни разу не убирали. 4. Самое главное, во всем отеле нет утюга!!!! 5. В описании номера была указана площадь 20м2, по факту, в номер кое-как вмещаются две кровати, шкаф и маленький холодильник, мебель вся очень старая. 6. Душ и туалет отдельная тема, душевая зона ничем не отгорожена от туалета, нет ни поддона и шторы, вода льётся пряма на унитаз, помещение очень маленькое, в ванной не было даже элементарного мыла, я уж не говорю про шампунь и гель для душа, хорошо хоть бумага туалетная была. 7. На русском никто не говорит, только английский или турецкий. 8. WiFi только в холле, внизу, слабенький, но был. 9. Завтраки обычные, к ним претензий нет. Очень хотелось прикрепить фото всего этого, но к сожалению не получилось

2 günlük online ödeme yaptım tr.hotels.com Üzerinden.Otele gittiğimde resepsiyonda tekrar para istediler. Neden istediklerini sordum online ödeme sadece patronunun telefonunda göründüğünü onun için ödeme alması gerektiğini söyledi.Yarın alırsınız dedi 285₺ nakit ödeme yaptım. Ertesi gün sabah tekrar indim patronları geldi ve klima, temizlik VS gibi ekstra ücretler olduğunu bu parayı onun için aldıklarını söyledi.Yanımda yabancı arkadaş olduğu için uzatmak istemedim. Bu istediklerin ücretin tr.hotels.com da yazdığını söyledi. Fakat beraber baktık bulamadık. Sonra tr.hotels.com un silmiş olabileceğini söyledi. 2 günlük konaklama için 400₺ ödeyip bu saçma şeyler için 285₺ almaları saçmalıktan başka bir şey değil. tr.hotels.com un bilgisine. Odalar içinde yazayım büyük ve mutfaklı oda tuttum tr.hotels.com üzerinden gittiğim oda küçük ve mutfak yoktu.Bir sonra ki gün büyük odaya alacaklarını söylediler. Ertesi gün de mutfaklı odalarda yer olmadığını söylediler. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum dolandırıcılıktan başka bir şey yok. Kesinlikle Tercih etmeyin.. Ben yandım başkası yanmasın..

Beliggenheden er fantastisk, hotel ejeren yder en rigtig god service og venligheden er i top. Der bliver gjort rent 2 gange pr uge, hvor man får rene håndklæder og sengelinned.

Det började inte bra för två av oss fick ett litet litet rum, inte som vi blev lovade i hotellbekräftelsen. Vem som gjorde fel hotell.com eller hotellet, vet ej. Men vi fick ett större efter att vi klaga men fick lägga till 100 euro??

Отель рекомендую для отдыха с детьми.

Номера огроменные со своей кухней(холодильник,плита,чайник),но завтраки отеля скромные,кондиционер оплачивается отдельно.Расположение отеля в супер районе Алании и в близи великолепного пляжа Клеопатры,огроменное количество магазинов,кафе с низкими ценами.

Hotellet var bra för att det låg bra nära havet och Alanya centrum, fint poolområde, trevlig och stor lägenhet med mjuka och sköna sängar. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Vi trivdes jättebra och återkommer gärna.

Fikk ikke det rommet jeg trodde jeg hadde bestilt, utfra bilder i annonsen til hotels.com. Aldri mer hotels.com. Måtte betale ekstra. Når man bestiller på et apart hotel, forventer man å få leilighet, ikke kun et rom. Har bodd på hotellet før, nye eiere nå. Mye var I ustand, vannkran i dusj løsnet, dørlås funket ikke, dette ble rettet opp umiddelbart. Renhold et par ganger i løpet av 2 uker er for dårlig.

Hyggelig, men lidt service mangler

Vi spurgte til hvor tit der blev gjort rent på værelserne. Vi fik beskeden det var hver 3. Dag. Efter 4 dage måtte vi selv bede om at få gjort rent. Dette fortsatte i de 14 dage vi var der. Vi havde et vindue som ikke kunne lukkes, hvilket vi blev lovet flere gange at det nok skulle blive ordnet. Det skete dog aldrig.
