"Jewel Lake was a house style Bed and Breakfast. You make your own breakfast, but the kitchen was stocked well. Our room was in the basement with steep stairs so I don’t recommend those rooms for older travelers. There are rooms on the main floor of the house. Clean and comfortable. We would recommend for a short stay. Most people use it for cruise layover time. We took an Uber into Anchorage and did a tour which was fun too. "

"This is a very unique B&B that has a lot of history. The views from the deck and out of the main floor dining/lounge are beautiful. Our room was very spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The artwork around the the whole place is amazing and just added to the beauty of the property. The owners are very accommodating, loved to tell the story of the area, and took care of all our questions and needs. They have traveled quite a bit themselves so they know what a traveler likes to see. Breakfast...

"Great location just outside of Fairbanks. Cabins are extremely well kept and a great view out the front door. Quiet & peaceful. I will definitely stay here again."
