O local é excelente, perto de tudo, confortável e tudo renovado. O check in foi fácil e a comunicação com a anfitriã também eficiente. O único ponto negativo foi o cafe da manhã que no primeiro dia ao deixar o quarto não encontrei os vouchers (não sei se outro hospede pegou por engano) e no segundo dia deixei o quarto as 8:30 e os vouchers também não haviam sido disponibilizados. Fica minha sugestão de colocar os vouchers dentro do quarto assim que o hospede chegar ja estarão la. Mas isso não me afetou na qualidade do local. Voltaria a me hospedar la

人生初の常駐スタッフなしのホテル利用。少々不安はありましたが、スタッフと英語のでやり取りができて、色々な要望にも的確に応えてくれる良いホテルでした。今回の主目的は白トリュフ祭に参加して、新鮮なアルバ産白トリュフを食すること。会場の直ぐ側で実に便利でした。もし再び来る機会があれば、再度宿泊したいです。

Gentili e precisi i proprietari. Ambienti ristrutturati, moderni, letto comodo e voucher per la colazione in un una delle migliori bar/pasticceria di Alba, proprio di fronte all'hotel.

Brand new remodel, very convenient, clean and comfortable. Location could not be any better, just 50 meters from the entrance of the tartuffo exhibit and feria. Highly recommended.
