"Great beach view, staff at check in were lovely. Studio suite was a bit dated but clean. Would have loved to be able to have our door open to hear the ocean and get fresh air but someone below us was chain smoking darts the whole time (we did inform staff at the hotel twice) so it stunk up the whole room. "

"Reality check, this is an older property and, though it is well maintained, it shows. However, the room was comfortable and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Parking was easy directly accessible. Location is beautiful and restaurants and the town are easily accessible by car and walking. We would definitely stay here again."

"Good clean room for our one night stay along the way with our travels. Close to Deez restaurant (excellent food) and close to the beach (for a nice evening walk). "

"The hotel , the room & the staff were fine. I wasn't very impressed having to pay $50 to check-in early. I had advised them a week before that we were attending a celebration of life that started at noon so they had plenty of time to have the room cleaned first. we were very close to the lobby so it was quite noisy and the ceilings are paper thin so don't stay on the ground floor. "

"The room with 2 double beds had 2 separate rooms for each bed which was unexpected but good for us. Did not use cooking facilities but they looked good. Comfortable beds. Parking outside door. Walked to Port Alberni Brewing Company for supper."
