"We stay at the Ramada every time we come to Revelstoke. The family suite is perfect for our family of five. We love the comfy beds, excellent hot breakfast, pool and complimentary cookies when we arrive! The staff have always been very helpful and friendly. We will be back next year!"

"Hotel is beautiful in a beautiful setting. Clean and has everything you'd want. Room very nice and bed super comfortable. Staff was wonderful with great information and always there to help and so friendly. "

"The room was dirty. I had to clean the floors which were covered with rocks and some sort of filth. The room was not as pictured when I booked. For example, there is no counter in the bathroom. I had to sit in the parking lot because there is no onsite check-in. The bar across the street was super loud as were the couple next door to me - I could hear every word of their private conversation. The heat did not work and the only way I could warm the room was by turning on the oven. There is no onsite staff to deal with any of these issues."
