"Brand new hotel & therefore had glitches but I suppose that was reflected in the price paid for a junior suite. There was building work going on while we stayed there, which set the fire alarm off & meant a walk down the stairs from 13th floor onto the back street, & since that entrance wasn’t open, meant a lot of guests had to walk thru the streets in their pyjamas. There isn’t enough wardrobe space for anything other than a few nights stay. The TV didn’t work properly & kept displaying sound subtitles (for blind) with no off button. There was a constant drone from the lift maintenance room which could only be blotted out by running the air con all night, which was noisy in itself. There was nothing staff could do about this issue, so if possible book a room away from the lifts. WiFi glitchy but worked effectively when it connected to devices. The night light by the bed comes on if you move the duvet too much whilst sleeping - we just taped the sensors. Great bathroom, loads of room, partition off seating area, fabulous staff. "
