"Very clean and tidy, cleaners cleaned every single day, bed was comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, highly recommend. If you’re going out on the new town strip, it’s about a 15min walk or a £3 uber, and because of the 24hr reception, means you can leave your key with reception and collect on return to save losing when out and about."

"Appreciated the housekeeping and when asked for ice for my mom when she fell, they sent some right away. Would be nice to have dish soap and a sponge and a starter bottle of water for the room. We arrived past midnight so could not get any groceries. Staff was very friendly and nice. My sister’s crib was not in the room for her baby and couldn’t get one until the next day. When she got it, it didn’t fit in the bedroom. The process of getting pool towels is not Efficient. Waited 30 min in line...

"The location and view were wonderful as was the breakfast buffet. We were able to walk to walk easily into town and the marina.As for the cons, when we first got there, we were not given the room we paid for. They did change us, though. The hotel needs some major updating. Furniture-inside and outside-was old and some falling apart. There were not enough umbrellas poolside. Our blinds would not go down and our curtains would not close, so we got a view of the neighbors. The patio door was stuck...

"Very nice hotel 5 min walk into albufeira square, bit of a steep hill to get back but not too bad. Staff extremely helpful when I moved from the first hotel I'd booked (it was awful) Room very clean, shower good although I prefer a cubicle it was ok over the narrow bath. Air-conditioning very good. Breakfast continental but good."

"The hotel was beautifully set up but to walk to the beach was over 100 steps. I do think people traveling with young children or elderly could struggle with getting down to the beach. Getting clean towels for the pool/beach was difficult. They said housekeeping would change them but for us we were already out of the room before they came. My daughter asked the front desk for new towels and she refused to give new even though there were a pile at the front desk. That being said we went 4 days...

"We booked through Expedia after 10pm and it said 24/7 service. We went to the property they denied us access saying it is passed check in hours. If that was the case why they let us book after check in hours? I contacted expedia they are trying to solve it but they said is up to hotel to refund, which is not answering. We had to go around the town to find available hotel in the middle of the night and had to pay double the price and loose so much time."
