The parking lot was a short walk away from the hotel however, it was a very secure a lot and very easy in and out. "Abbiamo viaggiato in famiglia (3 adulti e due ragazzi) abbiamo preso l'appartamento 65 il più grande ed è stato perfetto (2 camere, due bagni, salone, cucina separata). Era dotato di tutto sia per quello che riguarda la cucina che il resto: addirittura due televisori uno nel salone e uno in camera. Ottimo anche il servizio di pulizia e rinnovo della biancheria ogni due giorni( difficile da trovare se si prende un appartamento). Ottima la posizione vicino alla città della scienza e delle arti...

"¡Es un excelente lugar! Superó por mucho todas mis expectativas. La habitación cuenta con todo y si necesitas más de algo de lo que ofrecen puedes solicitarlo. Queda muy cerca de una parada de autobús que te lleva prácticamente a todos los lugares turísticos."

"This is an excellent spot, though València is quite spread out (more than we thought), so distance to the beach and to the City of Arts and Sciences was much further from Palau and than we thought (that’s on us, not on the apartment facility). Bed was very comfy, pull out bed from couch less so (but fine for the kids. There is a bar at the end that you can accidentally smash your foot on). Shower is excellent! Has everything you need inside."

"Great location. Grocery store, mall, park, and historical area within walking distance, although view from room is not that nice; surrounding area isn't that scenic. Staff were very quick to respond to my complaints. Can't give a high rating because my room wasn't clean when we arrived. Garbage not emptied, microwave smelled like popcorn from last guest; my husband cleaned the toilet. Shower leaked. Sheets were clean and changed however.
