Would stay here again

My husband and I stayed here two years ago and were happy enough with the accommodations that we came back. We recently stayed here for three nights, and it was worth the price. The staff was extremely friendly, and the room was clean. The hotel is certainly outdated and would benefit from renovations, but it’s a decent place to stay.

I liked the price of the room and the convenient access to amenities like food and shopping. They are under new management and are trying to improve. There was some room key confusion when I stayed two extra days but no bugs or pests were seen. With the pool working and some landscaping it could be nice.

Gross hotel

This was one of the dirtiest hotels that I have ever stayed in including the grounds around the hotel were pathetic

The rooms were run down. The water in our room stopped working. The hot water didn’t work. We had to shower somewhere else. It was just overall a terrible experience.

Lobby and security seemed great. First impression of the room was great. However, the door was very dirty and finger printed as was the TV which did not work. There was a large, dirty enjoy hole where I presume a refrigerator had been. The amenities were two small conditioners. The full breakfast was cold and had been sitting out for an extended amount of time. In their defense, it appeared they are under new management and some construction. The potential is great as was the price. I would give it another chance but would check the room before accepting. We arrived too late and tired to do inspection or complain.

The room was outdated, walls are thin you could hear the convos of the people next to you, the tv remote didn’t work it wasn’t even programmed, Beds are not comfortable, bed sheets were not not soft, room smelt like cigarettes, staff wasn’t quite friendly, the area is sketchy! I’m glad it was a short stay!!

Nice associates. Feel the complex needs a lot of upgrades. Spiders outside etc. good location pool appeared to be in Was empty bad condition. At one time was an up and coming hotel. Parking hd a lot of holes.

Horrible ! Unclean. Plus there was a loud constant banging noise all night. It sounded like something being dropped on a large cookie sheet from ten feet up constant
