"We stayed in the Garden Cottage for a week and cannot recommend it for longer stays. While the property manager responded to our texts and generally sent maintenance within 24 hours, the property suffers from poor upkeep and temporary fixes. "This would be a 5-star review if the property had WIFI and AC. In this day and age, those should be standard amenities. As far as the lack of AC goes, we were very lucky; the temps were only in the low 80s during the day, and thankfully fell to the 60's at night. Had we stayed a week earlier, I don't think we would have been able to bear it. The property itself is quite nice. Very clean and tidy. The proximity to all kinds of walkable locations is very handy. "We had room 4 and the beach was beautiful but the room was soooo DIRTY! Whoever mopped the floors left dirt swirls on the floor, the sheets had stains, it was probably the dirtiest room I have ever been in! Plus the furniture and walls were gross! I didnt even sleep under the covers. YUCK!"
