"I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, it wasn’t the most comfortable experience. The room itself was just okay—basic but functional. However, it didn’t feel very clean. There was an awful smell in the room that never went away. There were visible marks on the walls, a stale smell, and the bathroom could definitely use a more thorough scrubbing. "Lovely old building in the centre of town, full of charm and character. We were on a B&B basis, the breakfast was varied and good quality. The hotel is easy to get to and there's plenty of parking available locally, both paid and free. Only one little criticism would be the air conditioning in our room, very weak."
