Great hotel with friendly, helpful staff in a wonderful historic walled town. Good selection bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Lovely friendly staff, and nice hotel in good order. Unfortunately the walls to our room were paper thin, the guest next door put the tv or radio on at 2.00 am, so loud it may have well been on in my room! Luckily a bang on the wall had the desired effect.

The hotel is simple but well located and room was comfortable, young lady at check in was very nice, the only thing we found odd was on the next morning my husband wanted to have breakfast, they had a buffet style spread and only one other couple were there, I never eat breakfast, just coffee, so we asked if I could sit with him so he could eat but she told us I would not be allowed in the dining room and for us to go eat somewhere else. We found her to be a bit rude, but we did find another place in town.we did love santiago Rodrigo, gorgeous place!

Magnifica ubicación pero mucho ruido.

La ubicacion del hotel es excelente, el personal es muy agradable y atento. El mayor inconveniente del hotel sin duda es el mal aislamiento sonoro de las habitaciones, escuchando perfectamente las conversaciones de las otras habitaciones como si estuvieran en la propia.

Excelente relación calidad/precio

Situcaión inmejorable, dentro del recinto amurallado de Ciudad Rodrigo, con párking en los bajos del mismo edificio y con acceso directo al interior del hotel. Habitación grande y con camas comodísimas. Limpieza perfecta. Personal atentos, amables i competentes. Desayuno excelente, tanto en variedad como en calidad. Hotel 100% recomendable, como para repetir. Aconsejo a los posibles lectores que hagan la visita guiada a Ciudad Rodrigo, que sale desde la oficina de turismo.

Idéalement placé, très bon rapport qualité-prix

Cet hotel est idéalement placé dans la vieille ville, à deux pas de la cathédrale et de la Plaza Mayor. Le confort est celui d'un hôtel 3 étoiles, pas plus et la chambre est relativement petite, mais cela suffisait à notre halte courte. Buffet copieux, y compris oeufs brouillés et bacon. Les réceptionnistes sont serviables, mais l'un des deux avec qui nous avons eu affaire parlait mal anglais, nous avons néanmoins pu nous faire comprendre. A noter 10% de réduction sur la boutique de charcuterie dans l'hotel

Muy bonito y práctico

Habitación moderna y bonita, el personal es muy amable, el desayuno está muy bien. Tiene parking (de pago) con acceso directo en ascensor (muy cómodo). Las habitaciones no están bien insonorizadas (se oye todo). Está al lado de la catedral y es perfecto para visitar el casco histórico de Ciudad Rodrigo.
