"Custermer service was great. Rooms were just ok. Air condition was not cooling up properly. Upon complaining, I was told we can not set the temperature below 25c. which did not justified. End up sleeping with windows open. "

I booked this flat for 3 nights and less than 12 hours to my arrival I received an email from the landlady saying it isn't ready for me and advise me to look elsewhere. I wrote back telling her it's unfortunate and ask her to cancel the booking so that expedia can refund me and got myself a new unit. But it turned out she did not cancel the booking and the middle man - Travel Nest could not do anything as they kept telling me to contact the landlady...

"Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Man erreicht die Altstadt mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten und einer riesigen Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß. Trotzdem liegt das Hotel in einer ruhigen Straße. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. War letztes Jahr bereits in diesem Hotel und werde es bei zukünftigen Besuchen in Skopje bestimmt wieder nutzen."
