"Lovely hotel for our week long stay exploring the area. Staff were friendly, welcoming and informative. We made great use of the Sud Tirol Pass that allowed free travel on cable cars (also on buses and trains but we had a car). Breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of homemade items and local apple juice. The homemade ice cream was sampled a lot. Local beers and wines in the bar - everything felt as if it was zero food miles, which we love. The pool and garden are immaculate. We can’t wait to...
"Our room was on the small side, but with a nice balcony that allowed us to seat outside and enjoy the view. Breakfast was all great, except probably the scrambled eggs. But there were enough fruits, cold cuts, breads and cheeses to make it up for that."
"terrible experience. Firstly we didn’t get robes and towels upon check in which meant we had to return for these from the red block to query about them. Apparently you need to ask for these! During check in, the woman was dealing with us at the same time as taking phone calls from quests and whilst this was great multitasking, it made check in less personal and may have been why she missed explaining things to us and providing us with a pool bag.

"This lovely hotel was such a hidden gem! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were overly helpful and kind, wishing only to make our stay as wonderful as possible. The little spa was a lovely treat and the food was exquisite. Would happily stay there again!"
