"The room was great and the amenities were fine. I was greeted at checkin some iciness and the guy who answered the phone when I wanted to request a room service meal was brusque to impolite. There was a QR code on the desk that indicated room service with three menus plus two other links that did not work— spa and something else don’t recall what. Anyway, I called the room service number and I requested my dinner. The guy rudely responded that room service was only from the bar, not the restaurants. He was not forthcoming or polite as to what I could order. I asked for a cheeseburger and soda and apparently that was okay because he didn’t correct me again. I would have paid for something more expensive from one of the restaurants, and I was disappointed I didn’t get to eat my last bife de lomo on my last day in Buenos Aires. Apart from that, the room was clean and comfortable. It is close to Ezeiza and they offer a free shuttle, which was fine."
"La limpieza de la habitación y el baño es excelente , al hacer la reservación no nos dimos cuenta que el baño estaba afuera de la habitación .
En general buen alojamiento para pasar la noche cerca del aeropuerto ."

"Flight got delayed for a day out of EZE, so I quickly looked for the nearest and cheapest option. Expedia offered $90 off this place, for a total of $100 for a night. Booked it since it was a Wyndham without reading any reviews, but quickly panicked after seeing many negative reviews. Personally, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of great. We arrived exhausted and disappointed from the airport, and the front desk staff member made exceptions to get us an early check-in, for which we were very grateful for. I tried to look for outside eating options due to the negative reviews on the food, but it was difficult given the isolated nature of the hotel. Ended up having dinner at the hotel, and was pleasantly surprised at the dishes. We were unable to make use of the spa amenities due to our time constraints, but it looked lovely with an indoor pool and massage services. The rooms were mostly clean, but really just dusty more than anything, which didn’t bother us. I believe that the negative reviews are left by prejudiced individuals who somehow equate an unpaved road with danger. The unpaved entry road is likely a product of delays in Argentine bureaucracy. There appears to be a highway exit in development for the hotel though. If I had any complaints, it’d be on the delayed maintenance of the elevators, but even that could be explained by the timing of our Easter weekend stay. Lovely stay, very safe with a gated entrance and a registry of ALL guests. "
"Clean room although not fancy. Staff was wonderful, They arrange airport pickup and dropoff at your request. They cook breakfast for you based on what you order. These people are trying hard."
"The place is too far,the location is errie. the beds/ mattress uncomfortable, the pillows smells. The bathroom is unsanitary, the floor is always wet have to be careful because it was slippery, it also smells of urine. The host gave us towels but we did not take a bath because of the condition of communal bathroom. It was very noisy even after 10 pm. It turned out that most of the guests they had were construction workers, they had loud music. Then early morning there was banging and noise by the side of the window I looked out and there’s a guy loading up 5 gallon buckets ? paint or something. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I will not come back to this place."
