"Mountain View’s from the room were amazing. The facilities in the spa were some of the best we’ve used in any hotel. Great food selection at breakfast. Staff were ultra accommodating and very helpful. Location is absolutely brilliant, right in the centre of Grindelwald. "

"Great place, very close to the West Bahnhof. The rooms are clean, comfortable and the staff is very nice. Restaurant is very good as well and the included breakfast was far beyond expected."

"This was the quintessential hotel. It was perfectly located and absolutely beautiful. The staff could not have been any more accommodating and delightful! The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The only thing that I would suggest to them is to provide larger bath towels. Aside from that, it was an exceptional stay and I would absolutely go back. And the views were outstanding."
