"We stayed in the separate studio across the street that has cooking facilities. The room was relatively clean, but there was a lot of dust and dead insects visible on the part of the wood bed frame near our heads. The fridge wouldn’t stay closed and the hair dryer didn’t work. Our bathroom sink soap dispenser was empty and it did not get refilled for the 4 nights we stayed, even though I requested a refill on day 2. "View - view from the front of the hotel is stunning.
The Deck - Hotel’s restaurant which is actually a Deck overlooking mountains. It is in front, outside the hotel and is gorgeous.
Staff - courteous and polite
Huge shout out to - Daniel, Natalie, Pedro, Louis, John.
Rooms are nice, I booked with the forest view. Mountain view rooms are more expensive. Check size of the room before booking.
They have foosball table, board games, billiards table.
Self laundry service for CHF 10."

"It is a long walk for city central and the train station but is great for going into the park area. Hotel is located next to the Chair lift that takes you into the mountains and chair lift. Staff was very friendly and services were great. Resturant food food was very good as well."
