Only small things to note were that the ceiling light shades were a bit dusty and some minor mould build up in the top room ceiling which may need to be looked into. "Our stay was a bit disappointing. We stayed 2 nights for my birthday weekend, there was no housekeeping which i found odd. The room was ok but nothing special. For the price we paid at almost 500 per night, I expected a lot more. I would suggest at this price point daily housekeeping should be standard as well as parking be included and even breakfast. Our shower wasn’t clean and when you sit on the toilet and look straight at the eye level at the sink all you see is a line of mould between the...

"It exceeded our expectations. I had a little trepidation due to reviews about service levels but I have to say we did not experience anything negative just the opposite. Staff were attentive, pleasant and prompt. The property and room was gorgeous. Restaurants were amazing and service by the pool was great. On arrival we had a wonderful surprise waiting for us in the room from the hotel of champagne and Balloons for my husbands milestone birthday. The location is great and just a short walk...

"Room was nice and clean and very spacious. The apartment we had the lounge air con worked though the main bedroom turned on though didn’t have cold air and the spare room had no air con. Though the apartment was massive and very comfortable "

"This hotel is surrounded by construction. The light rail at the front and a construction site out the back. The noise of cutting cement at 3 pm was not pleasant. Although the hotel mentioned this in their website, Expedia did not. "

"We didn’t interact with the staff as it was a one night stay and we arrived late and left early. There were no lifts and we had to carry heavy bags up a very old outdoor staircase - it seemed dangerous and very steep with heavy luggage. The carpark was virtually unusable unless you drive a mini or similar, so we parked on the street. The shower head did not stay up so showering was a pain. We wouldn’t stay again."

"The owner was very kind, the room was clean with comfortable beds and had more amenities than advertised (hairdryer, iron & ironing board). There is also express checkout and free parking. The aircon hasn’t been used in a while as some black specks blew out of it but it functioned well."
