"Not what I expected. Saw average of 7\10 on over 1000 ratings, but when we got there we saw a few people doing drugs out of a glass pipe (crack?), the doors had duck tape attend the handles and were locked. The manager came to unlock the door for us (at least the doors locked. It was just a bit awkward waiting outside with the people doing drugs).
They charged extra for our kid as a 3rd person (I didn't see anything on Expedia letting us know about this.)
The room was hot even with air...

"So...the rooms are clean, and the price is right. And now that the Eglinton midtown light rail is finally up and running, you're only about 15 minutes ride from Yonge and Eglinton, so the location is even half decent. However, the property is tired - had to move to rooms once due to a non-functioning air conditioner (in Toronto in July), and the carpeting matches whole property in tiredness. Various nicks and cracks in the room simply cry out for renovation. However...again - the price is...

"AC was very loud every time it turned on and was so load woke me up every time. The temperature from the AC was hard to stabilize, either too hot or too cold; the temperature did not maintain a stable temperature long enough.
Bathroom toilet made loud squealing noises.
Sleep though night was very difficult.
Parking was complicated. Bright side: Breakfast was excellent."

"Nice hotel, very conveniently located. The parking was helpful as it granted in and out privileges.
The room was a little smaller than expected but acceptable. We had to ask for more blankets and face cloths. The tvs were small, and no option to watch my own Netflix on it, which was missed.
Rooms are cleaned every other day, which seems to be standard post covid, but at the price paid per night seems less than it should be.
I would stay here again."
