"Everything starts with the reception one receives when checking in. That said, our stay began exceptionally well! The staff was extremely courteous, professional, and polite. The room was immaculate and the bed was super comfortable! My girlfriend was extremely impressed (so thank you for that! 😉). As a disabled Vet, I was able to park on the street so that was super convenient as well. We plan to stay again when it warms up so we can enjoy the roof top feature! "

"I booked this last minute trying to find something to do with our kids for NYE. My husband saw that Old Town Alexandria had a kid friendly event and this hotel was right in the center of it. We got there earlier than our check-in time and thankfully our room was ready, so we got settled in pretty quickly. We took the trolley back and forth from the hotel and did a lot of walking too. Nahom, Steven, and Jeffrey stood out during my stay they gave me an umbrella, jumped my car, recommended great food places, and overall kindness was displayed with the utmost professionalism. "The Old Town Alexandria Hilton was a wonderful hotel, although I was there for only one night because I was flying out the next morning, I almost wanted to cancel the flight to stay another day. The hotel was very close to the DC metro which was a 10 minute ride to the airport. Since the stay was very quick, I didn’t have a chance to check out any hotel amenities. The area along King street was very pedestrian friendly with plenty of food options. I’d definitely stay there again."
