The food and drinks at both of the adjoining restaurants were mediocre at best. The spa was worn out and a bit of a disappointment. If you just need a place to stay, it’s nice. Just go elsewhere for food and spa."

"The air conditioning in our room did not cool well. There was a lot of construction in the lobby. The evening mingle which included 2 drinks was wonderful. Breakfast was great. The check-in time is 4 P.M. Expedia documents showed 3 P.M. I spoke with the front desk when we arrived and was told to come back at 2. It ended up being 4 when the room was ready. Everyone was very friendly. However, it was not quite the exceptional experience that I am used to when staying at Embassy Suites."

"Definitely would stay again despite one surprising detraction. Located in a wonderful location with great shopping. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The common areas inviting including a lovely atrium patio. The food well prepared. Overall the hotel is a very good choice for vacation or business. My junior suite was well laid out, and inviting.
