"Terrible property. They charged me at the hotel but refused to respond to Expedia. I asked for water, and I saw them filling the bottles with tap water using an old, dirty container. "The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view. The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. "
