"What a wonderful hotel.Harris kept in touch with me before our arrival and our rooms were ready for us as soon as we arrived. We were welcomed by warm friendly staff. The rooms had nearly everything you would need the only item missing was a hair dryer. The bed was very comftable and everyone in my party can not wait to go back. From outside the building and even in main corridor, you would not think how it could look inside. "Hotel was in a run down, homeless neighborhood, graffiti infested area. Every person I spoke with said “Omonia is terrible”. The description and PICTURE on Expedia was MISLEADING at best. Fraudulent. I want my damn money back. Of course I couldn’t reach Expedia when I was in Greece. But I sure will when I get back home. Straight to the TOP!!!!!!!"

"The hotel and the view was wonderful, excellent location and easy to get around by metro or bus and explore the whole city. The hotel was very nice, and the cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful. The only thing was that the A.C automatically turned off, and you had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it back on, which sometimes made you feel hot."

"Standard hostel. Felt like Unsafe area. Dark and sketchy. Not on the main road. Had to take some twists and turns to get there. Far from the Acropolis. Not within walking distance you would have to take a bus or train. No views of anything. First pic is the view outside of the tiny window in the room. Beds were comfortable. I got bit up by some bugs my guess were mosquitoes (I’m hoping not bedbugs) because I left the window open, it was stuffy and hot in the room I needed ventilation."

"Hotel is located in a busy neighborhood and I regret booking a room with window and fountain view. Bad soundproof and useless blackout curtain, dun expect one can sleep. Slow WiFi with bad connection. Limited amenities (even phone got disconnected). Way overpriced and really not worth it."

"Das Frühstück entsprach leider nicht den vielen positiven Bewertungen. Die Auswahl war sehr klein und zudem jeden Tag identisch. Besonders enttäuschend war der Kaffee, der nur aus einem Container angeboten wurde – ein Cappuccino musste sogar separat bezahlt werden, was für mich bei einem guten Frühstück eigentlich inbegriffen sein sollte. Auch das Brot war stets gleich . Insgesamt würde ich das Frühstück als durchschnittlich bewerten – für mich eine 6 von 10."

"The property itself was good. The area it was around was a bit run-down and there was a lot of construction around. The area didn't necessarily feel the safest at night but the hostel itself was pretty clean and nice. The rooftop has a really good view of the Acropolis, it's beautiful at night! I booked an individual room, however felt like the sound-proofing was bad so was disrupted by late night hallway things."

"We enjoyed our stay here, the rooms were clean and well kept. One of the towels had a stain on it and although we could have asked for a replacement it wasn't that bad. The breakfast was adequate. I probably wouldn't bother with the breakfast again as there is a supermarket close by and bakeries and cafes only a 100m away so not worth the extra paid. Overall though, great location, clean, kitchen had everything needed, great communication via WhatsApp, would definitely stay again."
