"I booked this hotel for my parents and they were very happy with their stay. They were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. They were pleasantly overwhelmed by the variety of items at their breakfast buffet. They wanted to stay longer but had other places pre-booked. They would stay here again for future visits. "This hotel perfectly met our needs for the nightly rate. We were in Coimbra for a wedding, and its location was ideal, offering easy access to the city center within walking distance. Thanks to the hotel’s convenient location, we chose to walk to all major attractions, including the university. Although the bed wasn’t particularly comfortable considering the price, I wouldn’t expect anything extravagant. Overall, our stay was great!"

"We stayed in the Royal Suite which was very clean snd spacious with a wonderful large balcony. The swimming pool and outdoor spaces were well maintained and clean. The breakfast was fine, although the hot choices were very limited. The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the centre of Coimbra in a nice quiet area. We would definitely stay here again."

"If you make it to Coimbra, this hotel is in the perfect place. Roughly 15 or so rooms, easy to walk around and it sits right below the University. The staff was very friendly and attentive, it even has afternoon tea service. We Strongly recommend this boutique hotel."

"The room was in good condition, although the glasses were dirty and the bathroom is tiny. The door prevents two people from using the bathroom at the same time. The afternoon we arrived, both the internet and the TV stopped working. When we mentioned it to the front desk the next day, they told us they were already aware of the issue and would try to fix it (they didn’t bother to let the guests know there were service problems). Also, the restaurant was closed (they never explained why), and...

"My husband and I travel a ton and this place is one of the best we've ever stayed at. Not only is it a very unique and beautiful property, the staff and customer service were as good as it gets. We were greeted with a mimosa and some sweet bread and we were provided a picnic basket breakfast in bed that was superb. We were so impressed. Everyone was so warm and welcoming and the hotel is well maintained with a really cool bougie meets old world charm vibe."

"This was a very small boutique hotel located right on one of the old streets in the city. Parking was not available on the very narrow street so we had to park a few blocks away. It is very close to walk to the waterfront and downtown area. We did not receive our check-in information. So when we arrived and rang the bell no one was there even though it was only about 5:00 p.m. . Luckily one of our phones was enabled to make calls, we were able to contact them to get the code for the door...
